7. Cookware selection
7.1. Proper Cookware:
Cookware made from a ferrous (or magnetic) metal
or cookware with a base coated with a magnetic/
induction material, such as enamel, cast iron or
stainless steel is required for the induction cooker
to work.
7.1.2. Improper Cookware:
Cookware made of ceramic, glass, aluminium and
bronze, cookware with uneven bottom, cookware
with an aluminium encapsulated base will not work
with an induction cooker.
8. Trouble shooting
8.1. E0 error: There is no cookware or unsuitable
cookware on the induction cooker. Suitable cook-
ware should be used.
8.2. E1 error: Voltage supply is too low. Check that
your voltage supply is 220-240V.
8.3. E2 error: Voltage supply is too high. Check that
your voltage supply is 220-240V.
8.4. E3 error: The surface temperature sensor is
not connected or has short circuited. Contact the
authorised support centre.
8.5. E4 error: The heat sensor of the IGBT is not
connected or has short circuited. Contact the
authorised support centre.
8.6. E6 error: The heat sensor of the IGBT is
overheating. Decrease the power or turn off the
appliance completely to let it cool down. Check the
air exhaust to ensure there are no blockages and
air can flow freely. If the error persists, contact the
authorised support centre.
9. Recycling
9.1. These electrical products, cables, batteries,
packaging, and the manual, should not be mixed
with general household waste. For proper recycling,
please take these products to your nearest Creative
Housewares office where they will be accepted for
recycling free of charge.
9.2. Alternatively, please contact your local authority
or household waste disposal service for further
details of your nearest designated collection point.
Correct product disposal saves resources and
prevents negative effects on human health and the
environment.
