- Do not block the ventilation grids on the base of the dryer.
- Once the dryer is installed, the connections must remain
intact. When installing the dryer, make sure that the rear
surface is not resting on something (a tap, a socket, etc.).
- The operating temperature of the dryer ranges from 5°C to
35°C. When operating at temperatures outside this range,
the operation may be adversely affected and the product
may be damaged.
- Be careful when transporting the product, as it is really
heavy.
- Always wear safety gloves.
- Always install the product against a wall.
- The rear part of the product must be installed against a wall.
- If the product is placed on a stable surface, use a spirit level
to check it is completely stable. If it is not stable enough,
adjust the feet until it is firm. Repeat the same process every
time you relocate the product.
- Do not place the dryer on the power cord.
- Use the provided hoses, do not reuse old hoses.
- Do not misuse it, do not stand, sit or place any heavy object
on the door of the dryer.
- Do not try to open the door while the dryer is in operation, do
not leave the door open, as it may cause accidents.
- Do not force the controls.
- The dryer must only be used for its intended purpose as
described in this manual.
- Do not use the tumble dryer if any parts are missing or
broken or if any protections or panel have been removed.
- This section contains safety instructions to help protect you

- Read these instructions carefully before assembling or

will help you get the best out of your equipment.
- It is your responsibility to make sure every user is informed
about the warnings and precautions stated in this instruction
manual.
- The appliance should not be powered by an external
switching device, such as a timer. It should not be connected
to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by some kind
of drive.
- Do not touch the plug with your hands wet. Always pull the
plug to disconnect the product, otherwise you may suffer an
electric shock.
- Connect the dryer to a grounded, fuse-protected outlet.
The installation of an earthed socket must be carried out
by a qualified electrician. Cecotec is not responsible for any
damage or loss resulting from the use of the dryer without
grounding as required by local regulations.
- The voltage and admitted fuse protection are indicated on
the type label. (For the type label, see General information).
- The voltage and frequency values indicated on the type label
must be the same as those in your house.
- Unplug the dryer if it will not be used for a considerable
period of time and during installation, maintenance, cleaning
and repair work. Otherwise, it could damage the dryer.
- The socket must be accessible at all times after the
installation.
- For safety reasons, it is recommended to disconnect the
plug after the programme has finished.
- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage.
A damaged cord/plug may cause a fire or electric shock.
When damaged, they must be replaced. This should only
be carried out by qualified personnel, Cecotec or its after-sales
