6. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

PROBLEM
Sprayer does not turn
on.
Leaks from tank area.
Leaks from gun/nozzle
area.
Clogged pump / hose /
gun / wand / nozzle.
Random part breaks.
Pump runs constantly or
intermittently.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery is not charged.
Loose wire.
Input and/or output
hose(s) have a loose
connection with the
pump.
Loose / damaged /
broken seal(s)
Ball valve inside gun
assembly is defective
Not rinsing tank / pump
/ hose / gun / nozzle(s)
with cleaning solution or
water after use.
Wear and tear.
Pressure switch
adjustment is needed on
the pump.

SOLUTION
Charge battery.
Contact us for technical
support.
Remove screws and
remove the plastic
covering to expose pump.
Loosen clamps on both
hoses, position hose closer
to pump and re-tighten
hose clamp.
Inspect all seals and
replace if necessary.

Rinse sprayer throughly
with warm, soapy water
after each use. Wipe down
filter inside tank.
