how to clean the vertical frozen cabinet.

General safety information

F Do never interrupt the cooling chain of
displayed goods.
F
Before starting any maintenance or
cleaning, disconnect the equipment
from the electrical power supply and
secure against
unauthorized persons.
F Ensure that the working area is
sufficiently
maintenance and cleaning activities
and use an additional lighting source if
necessary.
F
Doors and glass walls are provided with
an antifog liner film inside. Do not use
any detergent containing abrasive,
strongly acidic or caustic substances.
F
Beware of touching any rotation part of
the cabinet (fans) with fingers, towels
or other tools.
F Do not remove any protective guards
and covers.
