Adjust the inside force canceler.

The weight with the lever attached to the arm is for reducing
inside force (which is generated by record rotation and draws
the arm inward).
o Loosen the canceler attachment screw, and lower the scaled
shaft away from the arm. Slide the canceler, and adjust it to a
position in which the scaled shaft moves with the stylus tip as
it moves to the outermost record groove. Then, tighten the
attachment screw.
o Referring to the illustration, adjust the position of the weight
according to the tracking force.
To disable the inside force canceler, raise the scaled shaft to an
upright position.
