5.8.3. Folding structure
1. Lower the actuator and then fully secure the lift arm.
2. Remove the bolt before folding the frame.
3. The support plate must be released before the frame is lifted.
Note: Remove the control box before folding the structure.
6. BATTERY CHARGE
1. When the battery has only 1 bar left, the controller box will beep 4 times, reminding you to charge immediately. The actuator will not
.
operate without charging.
2. Battery charging procedure.
When the battery beeps, turn off the emergency stop button and plug in the controller box. Once the battery is fully charged, the battery
level status shows 4 bars (100%) and the LED on the controller box will stop flashing.
Notes
1 .Turn off the emergency stop button and stop using the lift during loading.
2. Remove the control box and keep it in the shade, if the patient does not use it for a long period of time. Charge the battery once a month.
3. Do not charge the battery in a humid environment.
4. In case it is not used daily, it is recommended that you turn off the emergency stop button to maintain the battery level.
7. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
For safety reasons, the inspection routine listed below should be carried out daily.
1. Check for any damage or wear
2. Make sure that the nuts and bolts on the lift arm are secure.
3. Check if the hook on the lift arm is working properly.
4. Check the controller, actuator and base width adjustment.
5. Check emergency lowering function.
6. Verification of the emergency ascent function.
If necessary, use warm water or alcohol to clean the lift. Make sure that there is no dust and hair on the wheels.
Caution: When cleaning the lift, do not use products containing phenol or chlorine, as this may cause damage to the plastic material.
Transport and storage
Press the emergency stop button for transport or if the lift will not be used for a certain period of time. The temperature for storage of the
lift should be above 0° and relative humidity less than 60%.
