Button Functions

7. PULSE: The LCD displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your workout.
If no pulse signal is input then the computer will display "p" on the window.
Button Functions
MODE: Press the MODE button to check the function from SCAN---TIME---SPEED---
DIST---CAL---ODO---PULSE for a cycle.
SET: Press the SET button to set the value of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES AND PULSE.
RESET: When the bike is not in motion, press the RESET button to clear the exercising
value or setting value to zero.

Setting the difficulty levels

You can set 8 different difficulty levels.
To do this, turn the adjustment knob
follows:
- counterclockwise: lower resistance
- clockwise: higher resistance (see Fig. J).

Disassembling the X-Bike

CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Improper disassembly and use of the X-Bike may result
in injury.
− When taking the X-Bike apart, make sure not to squash your
fingers.
− Reverse the steps described in the chapter "Setting up the X-Bike" to disassemble
the X-Bike.

Cleaning

Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the X-Bike may damage it.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as
knives, hard scrapers, etc. They could damage the surfaces.
1. Clean the X-Bike with a dry cloth. In case of persistent dirt, use a slightly wet cloth
and perhaps a mild detergent.
2. Dry the X-Bike off with a dry cloth.

Storage

All parts must be completely dry before
being stored.
- Clean and dry the X-Bike thoroughly

before storing it.
- Fold the X-Bike together as described
below.

- The X-Bike has 2 castors on the front
stand foot. This allows you to move the
X-Bike comfortably (see Fig. L).
