For reasons of hygiene, we recommend full defrosting of the equipment once or twice
a year, in order to remove any deposit of ice, by cleaning it inside and outside. Ice
accumulation is a normal phenomenon. The quantity and speed in which ice
accumulates depend on environmental conditions and the frequency with which the
doors are opened.
CAUTION
The use of gloves is mandatory during cleaning. The sharp extremities of the equipment
may cause cuts on hands.
Cleaning the inside:
• Remove all products from inside the equipment.
• Disconnect the equipment from the electrical current for the time needed to
completely defrost the equipment walls.
• Clean the equipment with a soft cloth when at room temperature.
• Wash the interior with pure water, to which a little neutral detergent may be added.
During defrosting some water may remain on the bottom of the equipment, it is
necessary to open the inner and outer cover to remove the water (Fig.7/8), using
the fitting (Fig.9) placed on the outer cover to facilitate the flow of water to the
desired reservoir.

so that there is no risk of electric shock.
