Intended use / guarantee
The pressurised air filling device pneuMATO fill is suitable for filling of central lubrication
systems with commercial lubricants up to NLGI grade 2. The pump works fully automatically.
Grease and pastes, which are based on silicone oil and thickened with PTFE, are not allowed to
be used with this device. Direct enquires to our technical department.
If used as intended and in accordance with the instructions, we are liable under the statutory
warranty. The invoice from your dealer with the date of purchase must be enclosed with
warranty claims.

Assembly and delivery
The structure, including the individual components, is depicted on page 3. The pumps work fully
automatically. Grease is produced once air pressure has accumulated and the trigger of the
grease gun is pressed. If the trigger is released, the pump automatically stops grease
production. It is equipped with the centering cover pictured below.
The exact scope of delivery is shown in the order confirmation.

Set up and operation (stationary)

Open grease container and press grease sequence piston firmly on the grease.

Set centering cover on the grease container.

Loosen all 3 wing screws and push the centering slide inside (towards the middle).

Push the retaining claws outside with the bolts until the stopper.

Now put the centering cover on the grease container so that the retaining claws are located
outside of the centering slide within the grease container.

Push the centering slide outside with the wing screw until the stopper. (Cover will centre itself
independently on the grease container)

Hold the wing screw pressed towards outside and push the retaining claws inside with the bolts
until the stopper. Tighten wing screw firmly.

Secure the remaining 2 wing screws and bolts as described before.
Warning!! Check whether the centering cover is sitting securely on the grease container.

The pump can now be pushed through the clamp and secured by clamping screws.

Insert ZSA-hydraulic clutch on the plug of the central lubrication.

The pneuMATO fill is now operational.

When the system is not in use turn off the air supply to the pump.
