Question/ Problem - Cause
Causa
The charger stopped working:
• The power cord is damaged;
• The socket/extension cord is damaged;
The charger turns on, but does not charge:
• Charging cables are incorrectly connected;
• The printed circuited board (PCB) is damaged;
The charging mode cannot be selected:
• Faulty "MODE" selection button;
Solution
• Replace the power cord;
• Replace the socket/extension cord;
• Connect the cables correctly;
• Change the printed circuited board (PCB);
• Replace the "MODE" button;
