Storage
• The Trinity+ device and accessories are intended to be stored and used at room temperature.
Use caution prior to using the device if it has been stored or not used for an extended period
of time.
Cleaning
• Slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water or rubbing alcohol to clean your device
and attachment. Do not immerse device or treatment attachment in water at any time.
Disposal
IMPORTANT: If disposing the accessories, follow local regulations for proper disposal.
T RO UBLE SH OOT ING
Device Not Turning On
1) Check to see if your Trinity+ device is fully charged.
• If the device does not turn ON, the battery may be drained.
• A full charge cycle of ten (10) hours may be required for the device.
• Reference the 'NuFACE Trinity+ Device User Manual' for additional troubleshooting.
2) Check to see if the attachment is completely secured to the Trinity+ device.
IMPORTANT: The Trinity+ device will NOT turn on if the attachment is not securely in place.
DO NOT attempt to troubleshoot by disassembling the product as this will void the warranty
and may cause injury.
For additional troubleshooting or information specific to the device, reference the NuFACE®
Trinity+ Device User Manual.

NuFACE® warrants that all NuFACE® Trinity+ devices and attachments are free from manufacturer
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of your original
purchase. Our obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacement of the product which
will not extend the period of your warranty. Disassembly of the NuFACE Trinity+ devices and/
or attachments will void the warranty. This Warranty does not cover damage covered by abuse,
improper care, application of harmful chemicals, product that may have been altered in any way,
loss of the device and product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF ANY OTHER KIND, SHALL EXIST IN RESPECT TO
SUCH PRODUCT.
