ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these safety instructions before use and
keep them carefully.
! - This symbol indicates the risk of injury or damage
to the device.
! If the instructions given in this manual are not fol-
lowed, there is a risk of injury.
! The electric plastic pipe welder complies with appli-
cable technical regulations and standards.
It is forbidden to leave the welding machine switched
on without operator supervision! In case of careless
handling, a fire may occur.
Do not expose the welder to rain or other weather
conditions. Protect it from moisture.
The attachments must be changed only when the
welding machine is switched off and the welding
machine cable is disconnected from the mains. Use
protective gloves.
Heated functional parts of the welding machine must
not be near flammable objects, in an environment
with aggressive gases, flammables and explosives.
After finishing the work, the cable of the welding
machine must be disconnected from the mains. After
use, place the welder on a stand and allow the welder
to cool before putting it away.
Repairs to the welding machine may only be carried
out by authorized personnel.
It is forbidden to use extension cables that are dam-
aged, improperly repaired, or of unknown origin that
have not been revised. In the interest of work safety,
we recommend checking the correct connection of
the socket or in the case of an extension cord.
- Use protective equipment against noise, dust and
vibrations !!!

DESCRIPTION
The welding machine is a tool suitable for welding
plastic
pipes with an internal diameter from 20 to 63 mm,
depending on the design. The device can work in two
power levels (750W or 1500W). It is used
for welding thermoplastics used in assembly
plastic pipes (PELD, PP, PPC, PPR). Working
the surfaces of the heating attachments are coated
with anti-adhesion
material that increases their utility value.

USE AND OPERATION
The ASIST tool is only intended for home use or
hobby use.
The manufacturer and importer do not recommend
using this tool in extreme conditions and under heavy
loads.
Any other additional requirements must be subject
to agreement between the manufacturer and the
customer.
Job description:
Welding consists of heating the outer surface of the
pipe and the inner surface of the fitting to a prescribed
temperature and then sliding the two parts into each
other, creating an inseparable joint.
Before that, however, it is necessary to clean the
fused parts from mechanical impurities with a cloth.
After reaching the desired temperature, the fitting is
pushed onto the mandrel and at the same time the
appropriate end of the pipe is inserted into the socket.
Do not rotate the pipe or fitting during heating. After
sufficiently melting the contact surfaces of the pipe
and the fitting, we simultaneously remove them from
the attachments and connect them by inserting them
into each other.
The time from the removal of the fused parts to their
connection must be as short as possible, in no case
must it exceed the time recommended by the pipe
manufacturer. A slight axial pressure is applied to
both parts for about 10 seconds. During this time, the
brawl will partially cool down. The weldment should
not be handled until it has completely cooled down.
Workflow
1. Place the welder on the stand.
2. Install the appropriate attachment according to the
specifications. Tighten the attachment with a wrench.
Place the attachments as far as possible from the
handle in one of the three holes in the heating ele-
