QUESTION
When assembling my chair, the holes on the backrest are not aligning properly to insert the screws.
ANSWER
Please check the top holes if they are aligned; if not hold down firmly on top of the backrest until the holes align
then insert the screws to hold in place.
Note: It is recommended NOT tighten the first screw until both TOP screws are inserted.
QUESTION
My chair height stays in the same position, it will not allow me to raise or lower to my desired height.
ANSWER
Please remove the red protective cap on gas lift before assembly as instructed on diagram 2b of your manual.
