ERROR
The device suddenly stops during
operation.
The device is not working.
The device does not respond
even though the switch has been
switched to „ON".
The battery charge level is shown
on the bottom, but the device
shows no reaction when touching
the touchscreen.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The battery temperature is too
high.
The device was in continuous
operation for 30 minutes.
The battery is flat.
The device is not switched on.
The causes depend on the usage
environment.
The battery may not be properly
connected to the main body.

SOLUTION
Disconnect the battery pack from
the main body and let it cool down
for 30 minutes.
Turn the device off and on again.
You can start the massage again.
Charge the device fully.
Switch the device on (on and off
switch to „ON").
Charge the battery again and
check whether the on / off switch
is set to „ON". If the battery indi-
cator shows the full charge, switch
on the device.
First remove the battery part com-
pletely and then connect it to the
main body until you hear a "click"
sound. Test the function of the
device again.
