WARRANTY

As set out in the Agreement, Wanderer products come with the following limited warranty.
Limited Warranty
WARRANTY PERIOD
"Warranty Period" means the 12-month period commencing on the date the Wanderer 2.0 product
is purchased from LIPPERT or any of its designates or authorized resellers. Where you purchased
the Product from LIPPERT or its authorized resellers, including online resellers, the date of purchase
is the date of the purchase invoice issued to you by LIPPERT or its authorized resellers, including
online resellers.
SCOPE
Acuva warrants that the Wanderer 2.0 product will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the Warranty Period and provided
that the Wanderer 2.0 product have been stored, operated, and maintained as set out in Product
Documentation. The limited warranty in this section (the "Limited Warranty") is solely to and for the
benefit of original Customers, and all subsequent purchasers acquire the Wanderer 2.0 product "as
is" without benefit of the Limited Warranty. Subject to any requirement for a refund or replacement
by LIPPERT as set out herein, LIPPERT shall be responsible for managing and processing any and all
Customer concerns and support in relation to the Wanderer 2.0 products.
DEFECTS
In the event that Customer makes a claim on the Limited Warranty with respect to an allegedly
defective Wanderer 2.0 product (a "Defective Product"), the End-User Customer shall provide
all original sale information and other relevant details reasonably requested by LIPPERT or its
authorized reseller. If LIPPERT determines that the Defective Product is, in fact, defective, LIPPERT
may in its discretion: (i) replace the Defective Product with a new Product; or (ii) refund to Customer
the price Customer paid for the Defective Product.
REPLACEMENT
Where the Product is replaced during the Warranty Period, except as otherwise prohibited by
applicable laws, the warranty for the Product replacing the Defective Wanderer 2.0 Product, as
applicable, will expire upon the expiration of the original Warranty Period. Any warranty service or
support under this Limited Warranty is conditioned upon your return of the Defective Product to
LIPPERT or its authorized reseller where you purchased the product from. Where there has been a
replacement of a Defective Product, the replacement Product, as provided pursuant to this limited
warranty, becomes the property of the Customer, and the Defective Product shall become LIPPERT's
property.
