Ensure that the pressure of the air supplying the device does not exceed the
recommended range.
3.3. Assembly of the device
1. Connect the drain pipe with the funnel bowl and install in the opening of the
drain tank.
2. Attach the tool tray, drain valve with hose and finally screw on the wheels.
3.4. Working with the device
3.4.1. GRAVITATIONAL OIL DRAINING:
1. Lift the vehicle (make sure it is properly secured).
2. Place the drainer under the vehicle in such a manner that the funnel bowl of the
product is located directly under the oil tank.
3. Open the oil inlet vale on the drain pipe and unscrew the oil drain cap on the oil
tank of the vehicle.
4. Control the oil draining process, particularly the drain tank filling level.
5. After completing the task screw the draining plug on, close the inlet vale and
remove the product from under the vehicle.
3.4.2. EMPTYING OF DRAIN TANK:
1. Close all valves of the device.
2. Connect the compressed air source to the appropriate connection.
3. Slowly open the valve upstream of the connection.
4. Place a vessel under the drain tank drain valve and open it slowly.
5. After the draining is finished, disconnect the pressure valve.
CAUTION! When emptying the drain tank, hold the drain hose firmly to make sure
that the drain hose does not make unexpected movement due to fluid pressure.
Moreover, take precautions against splashing with escaping oil and aim the stream
at a suitable used oil container.
