ADVICE IN CASE OF FAILURE

REASON
The safety/reset button on the pressure
regulator has not been pushed.
The valve of the gas set point is closed /
Gas bottle is empty
Pilot flame orifice or tube is jammed
There is air in the gas line

The piezo igniter does not work
Accumulation of dirt around
the pilot light
The connection between the gas
valve and the pilot is loose
The thermocouple is not working
correctly

The orifice is blocked
The switch is not on
the «HI» or «LO» position

SOLUTION
Press the reset button on the regulator to start
the gas supply
Open valve / Replace set point - Pilot orifice or
tube is blocked
Clean the pilot orifice or tube with a brush or
using a brush or a paintbrush
Open and purge the gas line (keep the switch
pressed on PILOT) for 1 within 2 minutes or until
you detect a slight smell of gas
Replace the setpoint
Use a match to light the pilot light (next page).
If it lights up, get a new igniter and replace it
Clean the dirt around the pilot light
Tightened the connection and check for leaks
Replace the thermocouple
Replace the gas cylinder
Clean the orifice
Turn the button to the «ON» position
Replace the gas cylinder
Replace the gas cylinder
Untwist the hose and check there are no
leaks.
Turn the knob to the off position
(«OFF»), let the appliance cool down and
make sure that the burner and the orifices
are not blocked
Replace the gas cylinder
Place the heater on a levelled surface
Clean the burner.
Clean the reflector and the transmitter
Turn the knob to the off position
(«OFF»), let the appliance cool down,
remove the cover and clean the inside and
outside burner
