ASSEMBLY
1. Spread frame apart until fully open on level surface.
2. Unscrew ball knob mounted on reel until 3/8" of thread is showing.
3. Insert pivot axle on frame into elbow.
4. Hold reel in vertical or horizontal position. NOTE: Never face open side of reel when in horizontal position.
5. Tighten ball knob until screw seats in holes of pivot axle. Hand tighten only. Jiggle reel to make sure it is locked in place.
8. If operating in vertical position, support reel in one hand while loosening ball knob with other hand and rotate reel into vertical position.
Tighten ball knob.Jiggle reel to make sure it is locked in place.
