Operating the machine
The MB Bucker 500 has been designed to work with fresh or dried flowers, either herbaceous or semi-woody.
With the 3 heads supplied, the cut can be adapted according to the variety and humidity level of the flowers to
be processed. Choose the head that best suits the variety and condition of the flowers.
The MB Bucker 500 has a device to regulate the speed and to change the direction of rotation of the traction rollers:
Change direction LEFT/RIGHT.
IN: pull branches in
OUT: expel branches out
We recommend:
- Use a slower speed to gently debud dry flowers without damaging them.
+ The fastest speed is optimal for working with wet flowers that have just been harvested
Raw material conditions
The condition of the flowers to be processed is very important. The MB Bucker 500 has been designed to handle most
varieties and is capable of processing large quantities. Even so, you must pay attention to the way of using the machine
and the conditions of the raw material.
The MB Bucker 500 can be used with all types of herbaceous or semi-woody plants. Any other plants that don't have the
same characteristics must not be processed.
Preparation of the raw material
It is very important to cut the plants into branches, leaving the lower part of the branch clean of small twigs so as not to
interfere with the debudding process.
We recommend making a
easily draw them in.
There is a distance of 50 mm from the back of the inlet head to the rollers; when the branches are inserted, there must be
the same distance between the end of the branch and the flower.
Checks

machine to a

power.
Quality control
Check the appearance of the flowers when they come out of the head. If you are not getting the desired result, change the
head for one more suitable for processing the branch or regulate the speed. If a gentler debudding process is required,
the speed should be reduced, or otherwise, increased.
Tilting
It maybe necessary for the comfort of the operators and for different working conditions to have to tilt the machi-
ne head. The following shows how to do it. Only a Nº6 Allen wrench is required.
