Changing the head
It may be necessary to change the head depending on the material to be processed, so that the machine better
adapts to the variety and condition of the flower. We show how to change the heads below only with the help of an
Allen key Nº 6.
Disconnect the equipment from its power source.

IMPORTANT: the equipment must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Remove and store the used head.

Connect the MB Bucker 500 to a power supply to

operate it again.
MB Bucker 500 Safety
The MB Bucker 500 is equipped with a safety device that ensures the protection of the operator during its use. This
consists of a pin fixed to the removable front fairing of the machine and a limit switch base fixed to the rear fixed plate
of the machine. When the front fairing is positioned correctly, the pin is inserted into the base. As soon as the fairing is
removed, these two elements are no longer in contact and the equipment switches off automatically.
It is also equipped with an emergency stop that when pressed, shuts off the machine immediately.

Using an Allen key Nº 4, unscrew the four bolts as
shown in the image.

Select the new head and place it in the correct
position. Tighten the four bolts of the new head
with the help of a Nº 4 Allen key, as shown in
image.
