How do I clean the
Teach & Treat?
The Teach & Treat works up to 27 metres.
Make sure the Teach & Treat power switch is in the on (|) position.
Check the indicator light on the dispenser. If it is flashing red, the
.
batteries are low; replace the batteries. Check the batteries in the
remote and replace if necessary. If your Teach & Treat still does
not respond, the remote may have become unpaired from the
dispenser. To pair the remote with the dispenser, press and hold
the pairing button for 3 seconds. The status light will flash green to
show that the dispenser is in pairing mode. Press any button on the
remote. The status light should glow solid green to show the remote
and the dispenser are now paired.
Remove all batteries from the Teach & Treat and then wipe it down
with a damp cloth. You can remove the tray liner and discs and wash
them by hand or in the dishwasher. Important: Do not disassemble
the Teach & Treat except for the tray liner and treat/kibble discs.
Do not use any kind of spray chemicals or solvent to clean. Do not
immerse the dispenser in water or any other liquid.
