  • Página 8 ASSEMBLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN • You’ll probably need at least two adults and 2 hours to assemble your trampoline (of course, that depends on what model you have, and whether or not you’re secretly a superhero) • We’ve provided some tools to help with assembly, but you’re more than welcome to use your own. •...

  • Página 10 ASSEMBLY STEP 5 Then, secure using four M10x80mm bolts (16), four M10 washers (17), and four M10 nuts (18). Repeat steps 4-5 to assemble one additional frame section. You will now have four corner frame sections. M10x80mm M10 Washer M10 Nut (x4) Bolt (x4) (x4) (18)
  • Página 11 STEP 7 Insert all eight leg posts (4) into the sockets of the frame sections you assembled in steps 2-5. Then insert the assembled U-shaped leg sections into the leg posts. Leg Post (x8) Step 5 Step 3 STEP 8 Secure everything in place using eight M6x70mm bolts (19), 16 M6 washers (20), and eight M6 nuts (21).
  • Página 12 ASSEMBLY STEP 9 Grab a friend and flip the assembled corner leg sections over so they are now standing on the legs. (Do not skip this step! We’re not underestimating your strength or anything, but if you connect before flipping, the entire frame will be too heavy to flip.) Now place a middle frame tube (7) (bend facing out) in between two corner leg sections and slide them together.

  • Página 14 ASSEMBLY STEP 13 You may want to use gloves for this step! Using the spring tool (26), hook the smaller end of a spring (10) into the V-Ring that’s just left of a corner D-ring. Stretch the free end of the spring until it reaches the nearest frame hole on the corner tube (1).
  • Página 15 STEP 15 Now, hook two smaller springs (10) into a D-Ring on the corner of the jump mat. Stretch the free ends of the springs until they reach the nearest frame holes on the corner tube (1). Repeat this step to attach two springs on each of the four corner D-rings.
  • Página 16 ASSEMBLY STEP 17 Now, working in a clockwise direction, attach all of the remaining smaller springs. Make sure the V-rings and frame holes line up correctly. (Remember, you’re the boss here. You tell those springs what to do! And other people if they’re helping...) Spring (x28) STEP 18 Lay the two frame pad (12) pieces on the frame.
  • Página 17 STEP 19 Look under the trampoline. Find the straps that are attached to the underside of the frame pad (12). Position the outer straps so that one strap is on each side of the frame. Position the inner straps so that one strap is threaded through a V-ring.
  • Página 18 ASSEMBLY STEP 21 Important: The pole cap (23) has two sides; one with a hexagon hole, and one with a round hole. Insert the pole cap into one strap ring found on the top of the enclosure net. Make sure the hexagon hole is facing the net, and the round hole is facing you.
  • Página 19 STEP 23 Starting from the enclosure door, lift one of the assembled poles and insert the straight tube (13) into the socket. Repeat this process to insert the seven remaining poles.   • Página 29 METHODS OF ACCIDENT PREVENTION THE SUPERVISOR’S ROLE IN PREVENTING ACCIDENTS It is the responsibility of the supervisors of trampoline users to provide knowledgeable and mature supervision. They need to know and enforce all of the rules and warnings printed in this manual to minimize the likelihood of accidents and injuries.
