OPERATION MANUAL AND INSTRUCTIONS

- This instrument may only be installed, operated, adjusted, serviced, cleaned, repaired, inspected or
carried by trained personnel. Always carry the instrument when EMPTY.
- Inspect the tyre bead seater before each use; do not use if damaged, modified or in a poor state.
- Do not exceed the maximum rated air pressure stated in the technical data table.
- DO NOT DIRECT THE EXHAUST NOZZLE AT A PERSON.
- Hold the nozzle firmly against the wheel edge during air jet operation.
- Empty the air tank when not in use; always store it empty.
- The tyre bead seater must not be used by people with impaired physical, sensory or mental abilities;
these people may only use it under the supervision of an adult who has read and thoroughly
understood this manual.
- Children must never use, or play with, the instrument.
- Do not use this instrument for any purposes other than as intended.
- Do not inflate any damaged tyres or tyres on rims with damage or debris.
- This product must not be modified in any way.
- Do not fill with any liquids or gases other than compressed air.

ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES AGAINST PHYSICAL AGENTS WHILE
OPERATING PNEUMATIC TOOL
ALWAYS WEAR HEARING PROTECTION WHILE OPERATING PNEUMATIC TOOL
Additional personal protective equipment to wear according to the values found in the environmental
hygiene/risk analysis survey if the values exceed the limits under current regulations.
WEAR ANTI-VIBRATION GLOVES WHILE OPERATING PNEUMATIC TOOL
FOLLOWING A SPECIALLY CONDUCTED SURVEY OF LEVEL OF DAILY
EXPOSURE OF HAND-ARM SYSTEM TO VIBRATION
WEAR PROTECTIVE MASK AGAINST PHYSICAL AGENTS ACCORDING TO THE
VALUES FOUND IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL/INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE SURVEY
