INSTRUCTIONS
Air supply connection
- Connect the instrument to the compressed air source.
- Slowly open valve "1" to let air in.
- Feed with clean, condensation-free air until the required pressure is reached and shown on gauge "5";
then close the valve and disconnect the instrument.
USE
- Safely place the tank on the ground, and check that all the valves are closed, including the inlet and
the exhaust valve.
- Check that both the tyre and the rim are clean, free from debris and firmly placed on the ground.
- Remove the valve stem from the wheel (this will result in an improved air flow).
- Lubricate both the tyre beads and the rim flanges with suds or any other approved lubricant.
- Point the exhaust nozzle at the tyre, placing the flange on the rim.
- Check that you are in a balanced position, take the tyre bead seater by the handles and push release
button "3". The air flow will be forcefully released between the rim and the tyre.
- The bead should now be properly positioned.
- Inflate the tyre according to the pressure requirements established by the vehicle manufacturer,
through the inflating valve.
- Place the stem valve back.
- Check that no air is leaking from the wheel.
