First take the tent out of the bag and then throw it into the air. The tent will now unfold by itself.

Tent takedown
After removing the poles, place the tent in a circle on the ground. Now take the tent by the opposite sides and fold it once in the middle.
With a twisting motion, fold one end over the other to form a circle again. Fold in the ends that are still sticking out.

Take the first mounting pole and insert it into the holder provided at
the bottom.
Now insert the pole into the holder at the top.
Also fix the pole with a loop.
Now repeat steps 1-3 with the other two assembly poles.
