ACHTUNG! Trotz der sicheren Konstruktion des
Gerätes, der ausreichenden Schutzmaßnahmen und
der Verwendung zusätzlicher Sicherheitselemente für
den Benutzer besteht dennoch ein geringes Unfall-
oder Verletzungsrisiko bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät.
Es wird empfohlen, bei der Verwendung Vorsicht und
gesunden Menschenverstand walten zu lassen.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Gerät wird eingesetzt, um Unterlegscheiben an die
Oberfläche des verformten Blechs zu schweißen, wodurch
Dellen ausgebeult werden können.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.2. ARBEITEN MIT DEM GERÄT
1. Lösen Sie die Gehäuseschrauben.
2. Entfernen Sie die Oberseite des Gehäuses und führen

Sie das Kabel des Schweißgeräts durch die Pistole: ein
Kabelende ist zum Abzug und das andere durch den
Kopf zum Griff zu führen.
3. Sichern Sie den Griff durch Anziehen der Schrauben.
4. Schrauben Sie das Gehäuse an.
5. Reinigen Sie den Dellenbereich.
6. Wenn das Schweißgerät eingeschaltet ist, legen Sie
8 das Produkt an die Dellen an und beulen Sie diese
durch Drücken des Abzugs aus.
3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem kühlen und
trockenen Ort auf, geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit und
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung.
b) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl
abzuspritzen oder das Gerät in Wasser zu tauchen.
c) Das Gerät sollte regelmäßig auf seine technische
Leistungsfähigkeit und eventuelle Schäden überprüft
werden.
d) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein weiches, feuchtes
Tuch.
e) Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine scharfen und /
oder metallischen Gegenstände (z. B. Drahtbürste
oder Metallspatel), da diese die Oberfläche des
Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt wurde,
beschädigen können.

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings
instructions. Failure to follow warnings and
instructions could result in serious injury or even
death.
The term "device" or "product" in the warnings and
instructions refers to the spot welding gun kit.
a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what
you are doing and use common sense when working
with the device.
b) If in doubt as to whether the device is working
properly or if you detect a damage, contact the
manufacturer's service.
c) Repairs of the product may only be carried out by
the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs
yourself!
d) No children or unauthorised persons are allowed in
the work area.

e) Keep these instructions for future reference. If
the device is to be passed on to third parties, the
instructions for use must be handed over together
with the device.
f) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of
the reach of children.
g) Keep the device away from children and animals.
h) When using this device together with other devices,
the other instructions for use must also be followed.
i) The device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced mental, sensory or
intellectual functions or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have been given
instructions by them on how to operate the device.
j) The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
k) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does
not function properly (does not switch on and off).

s) It is forbidden to tamper with the device in order to
change its parameters or construction.

u) After connecting to the welding machine:
• do not touch the weld holders,
• use face, eyes and hearing protection,
and
• do not touch electrically live objects with the gun,
• check whether the power cord is not damaged,
• do not interfere with the gun structure, disconnect
it from the welding machine before performing any
activities.
CAUTION! It is absolutely necessary to follow the safety rules
contained in the welding machine user manual!
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
