Cyclone Vacuum cleaner PSC-2300W.17 English
General Safety
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the
risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, including the following:
- Ensure reading all of the instructions before use.
- Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the vacuum cleaner is plugged, is in
accordance with the rating plate label on the vacuum cleaner.
- Unplug from power supply when not in use, or before cleaning.
- Do not let the power cord touch any hot surfaces.
- Place the appliance on the flat and stable surface. Do not place it on a heated surface or
near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
- To protect against the electric shock, do not immerse power cord, plug or vacuum cleaner
in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if the appliance malfunctions.
If any part of the vacuum cleaner/power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
recognised service agent or other qualified person.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than
8 years and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
- The appliance is for indoor use only.
- Extreme caution is necessary where children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities may come into contact with the Vacuum cleaner when in use.
Special Warning
- When pull out the power cable, the cable should be pulled out completely, but
do not pull out further if you feel a resistance.
- Pull out the power cable for all its length. Do not use the appliance if the cable does not be
fully pulled out.
- After a long use the power cable could get warm, wait until it has cooled down before
rewinding it.
