Página 20 Open the tube containing the labeled sample. If necessary, remove air bubbles on top of the sample with a pipette. Place the open tube in the magnetic field of the MACSxpress Separator for 15 minutes. The magnetically labeled cells will adhere to the wall of the tube while the aggregated erythrocytes sediment to the bottom.
Página 21 Maintenance The MACSxpress Separator is sensitive to aggressive environments or substances, for example, acetone and heat. Do not autoclave the MACSxpress Separator. Clean the MACSxpress Separator with a soft cleansing tissue and a mild detergent. Use 70% ethanol for disinfection.
