To Attach/Detach Battery Pack (Fig . 2 & 3)
WARNING
Therefore, remove the battery when
assembling parts, making adjustments,
cleaning, when the tool is not in use, or
when carrying it at your side . Removing the
battery pack will prevent accidental starting
that could cause serious personal injury.
To attach the battery pack:
Align the ribs of the battery pack with the
mounting slots in the hedge trimmer's battery
port.
Press the battery pack down until it snaps into
position.
NOTICE: Make sure that the latch on the
hedge trimmer snaps into place and the battery
pack is secured to the tool before beginning
operation.
To detach the battery pack:
WARNING
children, or pets when pressing the
battery-release button . Serious injury could
result if the battery pack falls . NEVER
remove the battery pack at a high location .
Press the battery-release button to cause the
battery pack to disengage from the latch.
Grasp the battery pack and remove it from the
hedge trimmer.
Battery tools are always
in operating condition .
