Mains connection
The control unit comes ready-wired with a 16A CEE
phase-changer plug and approx. 1 m of cable (see
4a).

Main switch
A main switch is provided for
disconnection of all poles of the mains
voltage. Secure the main switch against
unauthorised use during maintenance
or repair.

Valve connection
A sensor and limit switch for the automatic return
function can be installed beside the valve
connection.

Emergency stop button
Remove the jumper and connect the emergency
stopbutton. Pressing the emergency stop button
stops the platform transfer bridge, no floating
position.

Connection for gate-open sensor
For safety reasons, the platform transfer bridge can
only be operated when the gate is open.

Wedge chock
Possible connection of a wedge chock sensor.
Selection of menu 15 = 1.
The platform transfer bridge can only lift and extend
when the wedge chock is applied.

Floating relay output
Connect the visual and audible warning signals to X5
and loading lamp to X6.
Programming the control unit
Programming is menu-driven. Make all settings as
shown in the schematic.
Protected settings are identified by the letter L in the
display and access to the menu is barred. To release
the menu, the release signal must be sent with the
infrared control.
Hydraulic motor overcurrent (menu 10)
If the set overcurrent is exceeded, the control will
switch off the pump.
Automatic time (menu 13)
When the return button is pressed, the platform
transfer bridge is lifted for the time set and then
lowered safely to rest position.

the set time to correct the position.

Initial start-up
To ensure safe operation of the platform transfer
bridge the first start-up should be performed by
instructed personnel.

Switch on the main switch.

Make a trial run during which you perform
you all control functions.
If all control operations work smoothly, the platform
transfer bridge is ready for use.
