Motor works but pump does
not deliver water
Delivering insufficient water
Motor starts very often
To prevent fatal or serious electric shock, disconnect main power supply before working on or
around the water system.
 diSpOSAL:
Disposal of this product or parts, it must be carried out according to following guide lines:
• Use the local public or private waste collection service.
• Waste material delivery to our new service centre.
• Observe local regulations.
Gate valve / check valve
fitted in the riser pipe is
defective / closed.
Water inlet strainer impeller
of the pump is clogged /
damaged
Water inlet strainer impeller
of the pump is clogged /
damaged
Pumping system total head
is hihher than pump head
capacity
In case of three phase
motors, wrong direction of
rotation
Low or high voltage
Leakage in the system
Inadequate size of tank
ATTENTION !

If closed, open the gate
valve. If defective, rectify or
replace.
If possible, lower the pump
set. When water yield is not
sufficient, adjust the gate
valve to match the yield of
the bore well or install water
level monitors.
Clean the strainer / impeller.
If the strainer / impeller is
damaged, then replace.
Select and change the pump
set suitable for system head.
Interchange any two
phases of the power line
connection. Start the
pump and check the water
discharge.
Contact electricity suppliers
and connect the voltage
fluctuations when cable size
of cables.
Arrest leakage or replace
components wherever
necessary.
Check tank size against
consumption and change to
an adequately sized tank.
