where there is water projection.
Use the compressor in dust-free places,
without chemicals, steams, explosives
or flammable gases.
Place the compressor over a flat
surface.
3.1 - INSUFFLATION
ACCESSORIES ASSEMBLY
(FIG. B)
Depending on the type of object
to be inflated, it is possible to use
the connection valve directly on the
object or with the supplied insufflation
accessories.
Connection with the connection valve:
1. Engage the compressor connection
valve (7) into the valve of the object to
be inflated (ex. tyre);
Connection
with
the
accessory:
2. Engage the insufflation accessory
(8) according to the object to be
inflated;
3. Insert the insufflation accessory into
the valve of the object to be inflated;
4. OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This compressor was conceived to
inflate objects with backpressure (with
air inside) and valve, for example, car
and bike tyres partially full, balls and
other small volume inflatable items.
When using the compressor, some
procedures must be followed:
 The compressor isn't suitable for
inflating big items, once it may overheat
too fast without backpressure;
 The compressor may not be operated
continuously. This equipment was
conceived to generate air pressure and
20
not volumes of air:
- In the event of objects with great
volume, do not use the compressor for
more than 5 uninterrupted minutes, to
avoid overheating and damages in the
equipment;
- If it is needed pressure higher than
3 bar in a car tyre, do not use the
compressor for more than 3 minutes
without interruption;
After that time, it is necessary to stop
the equipment for 20 minutes to allow
the compressor to cool down.
 Make sure that any grain of sand or
other strange small objects enter the
compressor through the air openings.
Never
and fabric objects near or over the
compressor;
 The pipes or hoses coupled to the
insufflation
compressor must have flow and
pressure characteristics similar to
the technical specifications of the
compressor;
 The compressor must only be
operated
temperature between +5°C and +45°C;
Before
compressor, every component
must be correctly assembled.
4.1 - COMPRESSOR START
AND STOP (FIG. C)
After placing the proper insufflation
accessory into the object to be inflated,
the compressor is ready to be used.
1. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch
(1) is in position (0);
2. Connect the power cable (3);
3. Insert the insufflation accessory (8)
or tighten the connection valve (7) into
the object to be inflated;
4. Place the ON/OFF switch in
position (I);

5. When the desired filling pressure is
reached, turn the compressor off: place
the ON/OFF switch in position (0);
6. Remove the valve or the insufflation
accessory and disconnect the power
cable;
(When removing the valve or the
insufflation accessory air will be
released through the object's valve.
Therefore, quickly remove the valve or
the accessory).
In the event of inflatable objects with
backpressure (ex. partially full car
tyres), place the ON/OFF switch
into position (I) before inserting the
connection valve into the tyre.
4.2 - PRESSURE CHECKING
(FIG. D)
To measure the air pressure inside the
inflatable object it is not necessary to
turn the compressor on.
1. Connect the valve or the inflation
accessory (7/8) to the filling valve of
the object;
2. Read the pressure presented in the
manometer (5);
3. Remove the insufflation accessory
from the object's filling valve;
The manometer isn't calibrated. For
that reason, after inflating objects
where an incorrect pressure may
cause accidents (ex. car tyres), go to
a qualified repairs shop and use the
compressor properly calibrated.
5. MAINTENANCE
AND CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS
Before carrying any maintenance and
cleaning works, disconnect the power
cable, empty the compressed air tank
and let the compressor cool down in
a way to avoid accidental starts and
burns.
