The machine does not switch on
The power supply to the machine is interrupted
• Please check that the machine is properly connected to the mains
supply. (Is it plugged into a 220V / 230V socket?)
• Is the machine switched on? The green control lamp on the
switch must light up.
• Check that power is being supplied to the socket.
• Is the cable damaged?
The machine is mounted too high for the animals.
• Adjust the height (see 1.1).
Have you checked all points and the brush still does not run:
• Switch off the brush at the switch for approx. 1 minute.
• After the waiting time, turn the brush on again and check for
proper operation
• If the brush still does not work after this check, contact your
service partner
If the brush constantly switches the direction of rotation, could:
• the brush be blocked
• dirt has accumulated on the bearing plate
• the gear unit is no longer in the correct position (e.g. due to
animal bounce)
