1) Plan your workplace. Work safely and save effort by planning your work in advance. Place the logs where
they can be easily reached. Arrange a place for stacking split wood or load it on a nearby truck or other
means of transport.
2) Prepare the wood for splitting. This machine can handle logs up to 55 cm in length. When cutting
branches and large sections, do not cut parts longer than 55 cm.
Do not try to split green logs. Dry, seasoned logs split much easier and do not jam as often as green
wood.
