import ant condit ions required for t he premises:
HEATER STAND AND LOCATION
The heat er is primarily for out door use only. Alw ays ensure t hat adequat e fresh air vent ilat ion

-Alw ays maint ain proper clearance t o combust ible mat erials, i.e. t op 45cm(18" ) and sides
60cm (24" ) minimum.
-Heat er must be placed on level firm ground.
-Never operat e heat er in an explosive at mosphere like areas w here gasoline or ot her
flammable liquids or vapors are st ored.
-To prot ect heat er from st rong wind, anchor t he base securely t o t he ground w it h screw s.
GAS REQUIREM ENTS
Use propane or but ane gas only.
-
- M aximum inlet pressure of propane regulat or must not exceed 100 PSI.
- A minimum supply pressure of 28 mbar (11.0" W.C.) is required for t he purpose of input
adjust ment for propane gas.
- The pressure regulat or and hose assembly t o be used must conform t o local st andard codes.
- The inst allat ion must conform t o local codes, or in t he absence of codes, w it h st andard codes.

for st orage and handling of liquid pet roleum gases.
- A dent ed, rust ed or damaged propane t ank may be hazardous and should be checked by your
t ank supplier.
- Never use a propane t ank w it h a damaged valve connect ion.
- The propane t ank must be arranged t o provide for vapor w it hdraw al from t he operat ing
cylinder.
- Never connect an unregulat ed propane t ank t o t he heat er.
LEAKAGE TEST
Gas connect ions on t he heat er are leak t est ed at t he fact ory prior t o shipment . A complet e gas
t ight ness check must be performed at t he inst allat ion sit e due t o possible mishandling in
shipment or excessive pressure being applied t o t he heat er.
