Check the signals around the butt joint.
The signal amplitude should lie within the yellow range (between 0.6
VPP and 1.2 VPP).
The signal deviation should lie within the yellow range.
(TVA, TVB: 15°, PHA: 10°, AV: 0.8...1.25)
It may narrowly be in the gray area (TVA, TVB: up to 30°) if the signal
amplitude is still within the yellow area. If this cannot be achieved, then
clean the scale tape around the butt joint and readjust the scanning
head. Otherwise, dismantle the scale tape, clean the scale-tape slot and
the ends of the tape, and check the slot-floor diameter.

Ein geringes überschreiten in den grauen Bereich (TVA, TVB: bis 30°) ist
zulässig, wenn die Signalamplitude noch im gelben Bereich ist.
Ist dies nicht erreichbar Maßband im Bereich des Stoßes reinigen und
Abtastkopf nachjustieren. Ansonsten das Maßband demontieren,
Maßbandenden und Maßbandnut reinigen, Nutgrunddurchmesser
prüfen.
