3. MAINTENANCE
Mod. 800
Remove the front panel C (fig. 1) together with the small pipe-regulator A (fig. 1) and then
remove the rotor D (fig. 1) from the pump body E (fig. 1). Check the condition of the O-ring F (fig.
1) during each cleaning operation. If it is damaged, even slightly, it can seriously compromise
the pump's performance and must be replaced. Rinse the assembly under running water and
use a small brush to remove any incrustations. To reassemble the pump, carry out the same
operations in reverse order.
Mod. 1300
First remove the front panel C (fig. 2 - mod. With front panel), or the pre-chamber B (fig. 2 - by
turning anticlockwise) remove the rotor D (fig. 2) from the pump body E (fig. 2). Always check
the tightness of the O-ring F (fig. 2). If it is damaged, even slightly, it can seriously jeopardise the
performance of the pump and must be replaced. Rinse the assembly under running water and
use a small brush to remove any incrustations. To reassemble the pump, carry out the same
operations in reverse order.
Mod. 2500 - 4000 - 5800
Open the pre-chamber B (fig. 3 / 4) by turning anticlockwise (on mod. 4000HH - 5000-6000
before this operation, unscrew the safety screw H - fig. 4).
Then remove the rotor D (fig. 3 / 4) from the pump casing E (fig. 3 / 4), taking care not to
damage the ceramic shaft L (fig. 3 / 4) and the rubber support washers M and N (fig. 3 / 4).
Always check the tightness of the O-ring F (fig. 3 / 4), because if it is damaged, even slightly, it
can seriously jeopardise the performance of the pump and must therefore be replaced. Rinse
the assembly under running water and use a small brush to remove any incrustations. To
reassemble the pump, carry out the same operations in reverse order.
