GENERAL SAFETY

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Disconnect the control unit from the power supply before doing any assembly or

maintenance jobs.
Do not touch or place the control unit in the water while it is connected to the power
-
supply.
Connect the control unit to an earth connection. (See Fig. 1)
-
Connect the control unit to a power supply with an earth connection, protected by the
-
following components:
An RCCB safety switch with a maximum residual current of 30 mA.
•
A circuit breaker fuse for a 10 A current.
•
Use an H07RN-F type waterproof cable.

SAFETY IN USE AND CONTACT WITH WATER
The water in the fountain where the unit is to be fitted must meet the following
-
conditions:

Total alkalinity (TAC)
Calcium hardness

Salt level
Total dissolved solids
(TDS)
In the event of cold weather with temperatures below 4 ºC, empty the unit to prevent it

from breaking due to the formation of ice inside it.
Do not tamper with the factory-fitted waterproof seals. Otherwise, the unit could lose its
-
warranty.

explanations are given in this manual.
