Product usage
Before first use
•
Before first use, run the unit for 5 minutes to remove all production residues (
This operation will eliminate any residue created during the manufacturing process.
•
Due to the manufacturing process, the unit is likely to emit a faint burning smell when first
turned on. This is completely normal and does not indicate a manufacturing defect or risk.
•
Clean the unit and accessories (
Use
Place the base on a flat, stable, dry and heat-resistant surface.
Minimum distance from other objects: 15 cm
Position the drip tray inside the unit.
Connect the probe connector to the socket.
CAUTION
Before connecting the probe connector, be sure to position
the temperature control button to OFF.
Note : When using for the first time, apply a small amount of oil to the cooking
plates, then wipe it off with absorbent kitchen roll.
Connect the power plug to an appropriate mains socket.
Turning on the unit : Set the temperature control thermostat to the desired setting. The
operation indicator will light up.
Let the unit heat up. To check the temperature, never attempt to touch the cooking area.
Preparing food

Once the set temperature has been reached, the operation indicator will turn off. The
unit is now ready for use.
