OPERATION
1.
Adjust the shoulder straps to a suitable length when the pressure sprayer is empty and make
sure it fits comfortably before starting the filling process.
2.
Remove the filler cap, making sure the filter is in place. Fill the tank to the required level,
taking care not to exceed the maximum fill limit. Screw the tank cap tightly to ensure an
airtight closure. (Please note: the measurements shown on the tank are approximate and
provide a guideline only. Use a measuring cup to ensure accurate liquid measurements when
mixing chemicals.)
3.
Put the pressure sprayer on your back, remove the lance from the clip and hold it in your
hand. Release the pump handle by removing the retaining strap and pump the handle up
and down 6-8 times to generate pressure in the tank. The pressure sprayer is now ready to
use.
4.
To operate the lance, simply press the trigger on the lance handle. The trigger can be locked
in the open position by sliding the locking mechanism down. Depending on the type of
spraying required, the lance can be operated with an injection nozzle, double head injection
nozzle or four-jet nozzle.
5.
To maintain pressure while spraying, pump the handle 2 or 3 times every 10-15 seconds.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
After use and before storage, release the pressure from the tank by pressing the trigger until no
more solution is visible and no air from the nozzle is heard or felt.
Empty the remaining solution from the tank and rinse it out to ensure the tank is clean for the next
use. Regularly apply a small amount of lubricant to the outside of the piston to keep it moving
and prevent the liquid solution from leaking. Keep the pressure sprayer in a shady place and out
of direct sunlight. Use a sponge and warm soapy water for cleaning. Do not use cleaners or
detergents containing solvents; substances such as bleach can damage the product. Regular
cleaning and maintenance enhance safety and increase the unit's service life.
