Warranty Terms
A SIBRAPE IND. E COM. DE EQUIP. AQUA. E DE FILT. LTDA. guarantees the owner / consumer of this equipment,
a total warranty of 12 (twelve) months, consisting of: 275 days of contractual warranty, in addition to the 90 days of
legal guarantee (article 26, item II of the Consumer Protection Code), counted date of delivery of the product, as
expressed in the purchase invoice.
This product is guaranteed against possible manufacturing defects. The guarantee is characterized by the sales
invoice. Defects arising from:
• Product used improperly, imprudently or outside the recommendations of Sibrape or authorized
workshop;
• Repair or alteration by third parties / companies other than Sibrape or authorized workshops;
• Installation incorrectly and contrary to this manual's instructions;
• Natural wear and tear arising from normal operating conditions;
• Use of corrosive or abrasive fluids not foreseen in the equipment design;
• Damage caused by improper transport, falls, etc .;
• Disassembly of the equipment, during the warranty period, without the presence a Sibrape
representative, except when authorized in writing;
• It is subjected to conditions beyond the limits specified in its technical description;
• Infiltration of water and / or phenomena of nature (overload and / or atmospheric discharge);
• Improper use or negligence of the user in the installation and operation;
• Damage resulting from poor installation, incorrect electrical dimensioning, lack of protection
devices or incorrect electrical connection of the product;
