Assembly / operation
The brackets are mounted with the covering either detached (CASTELLO Pro,
PALAZZO Style/Noblesse) or attached (PALAZZO Royal) and with the parasol
half open. The rain gutter and side wall can only be fitted when the parasols are
fully open. Before closing the parasols, both rain gutters and side wall must be
removed. By adjusting the inclination of the rain gutter using the
straps, the water run-off can be optimised.

Disassembly
Before closing the parasols, the attached rain gutter / side wall must be
removed. To do this, detach them from the brackets. If necessary, pull out
the support tubes and disassemble them into the individual segments by
pulling them apart.
Care and maintenance
• Roll up windshield for storage, do not fold..
• Allow the rain gutter / side wall to dry when open, to prevent the forma-
tion of mould and discolouration.
• If necessary, clean the rain gutter / side wall with lukewarm water, mild
detergent and a sponge.
• Do not use bleach or sharp objects, to avoid damage to the rain gutter /
side wall.
• If the rain gutter / side wall is used in a highly exposed location, in-
creased wear must be expected. In such cases, we recommend more
intensive care and maintenance.
• Generally speaking a defective rain gutter and/or side wall can be re-
paired by your Glatz partner. Use only original replacement parts from
Glatz.
