Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..

um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.

Anstelle des starren Rohrs an der Pumpe wird ein
flexibler Trinkwasserschlauch oder PEX-Schlauch

Die Einstellung des Bypasses darf nur von einem

Mangelnde Hygiene und Wartung ist einer der
Hauptgründe für eine geringe Pumpenleistung.
s)
Denken Sie daran, die Pumpe zu überwintern, d.h. im
Winter vor niedrigen Temperaturen zu schützen.
t)
Die Pumpe kann in beliebiger Lage eingebaut werden.
Bei senkrechtem Einbau sollte der Pumpenkopf nach
unten zeigen, um im Fehlerfall eine Leckage in das
Motorgehäuse zu vermeiden.
u)
Der Einlassschlauch muss ein verstärkter Schlauch mit
einem Mindestinnendurchmesser von 3/8" (10 mm)
sein. Der Pumpenauslassschlauch sollte 3/8" (10 mm)
sein.
v)
Verwenden Sie keinen Eingangsdruck über 2,07 bar
(30 psi). Jeglicher Eingangsdruck muss vermieden
werden.
w)
Vermeiden Sie Krümmungen oder Fugen, die den
Wasserfluss übermäßig einschränken würden.
x)
Der Filter muss eingangsseitig am Gerät befestigt
werden.
y)
Verwenden Sie an beiden Enden des Schlauchs
Schlauchschellen, um das Eindringen von Luft in die
Wasserleitung zu verhindern.
z)
Wenn in der Steigleitung ein Rückschlagventil
eingebaut ist, darf dieses einen Öffnungsdruck von
nicht mehr als 2 psi haben.
aa)
Wenn Sie Dichtmittel oder Klempnerband verwenden,
achten Sie darauf, diese nicht zu fest anzuziehen, da
sie in die Pumpe gesaugt werden können.
bb)
Die Pumpe sollte an einen eigenen dedizierten
Stromkreis angeschlossen werden. Verbinden Sie das
Pluskabel (rot) mit dem Pluspol der Batterie und das
Minuskabel (schwarz) mit dem Minuspol der Batterie.
cc)
Im Stromversorgungskreis der Pumpe dürfen keine
anderen elektrischen Verbraucher vorhanden sein.

dd)
Installieren Sie einen Schalter an einer leicht
mit
zugänglichen Stelle, um die Stromversorgung der
Pumpe zu steuern. Schalten Sie die Pumpe aus, wenn
sie längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird oder wenn der Tank
zu
leer ist.
ee)
Installieren Sie immer eine Sicherung der richtigen
Größe. Bei einem Kurzschluss kann das Fehlen der
richtigen Sicherung das Risiko eines Pumpenausfalls
erhöhen und möglicherweise zu Verletzungen und/
oder Brandgefahr führen.
ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick auf Sicherheit
und
entworfen wurde und über Schutzmechanismen
sowie
zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente
besteht bei der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall-
oder Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a)
Use the cable only for its designated use. Never use
it to carry the device. Keep the cable away from heat
sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or
tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
b)
Make sure that the power source is 12V DC. Higher
voltage will damage the pump.
SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a)
Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b)
Do not use the device in a potentially explosive
environment, for example in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. The device generates
sparks which may ignite dust or fumes.
c)
If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
d)
Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e)
In case of fire, use a powder or carbon dioxide
(CO
) fire extinguisher (one intended for use on live

electrical devices) to put it out.
f)
Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to
enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss
of control over the device).
g)
Only connect and disconnect the pressure line when
the valve is closed.
h)
Do not point the pressure line towards yourself or
toward other people or animals.
i)
Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If
the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.
j)
Please keep this manual available for future reference.
If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual
must be passed on with it.
k)
Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in
a place not available to children.
l)
Keep the device away from children and animals.
m)
If this device is used together with another equipment,
the remaining instructions for use shall also be
followed.

PERSONAL SAFETY

can significantly impair the ability to operate the

or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the device.

The device can be handled only by physically fit
persons who are capable of handling it, properly
trained, familiar with this manual and trained within
the scope of occupational health and safety.
d)
The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device.
SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly-selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better and
in a safer manner.
b)
Disconnect the device from the power supply
before commencement of adjustment, cleaning and
maintenance. Such a preventive measure reduces the
risk of accidental activation.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
g)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
i)
Before each use ensure the nozzle is correctly installed
in the device and that the hose is correctly attached
and undamaged.
j)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may
not be carried out by children without supervision by
an adult person.

Do not run the device when empty.
l)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
m)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
n)
Do not overload the device.
o)
Flexible drinking water hose or PEX tubing is
recommended instead of a rigid pipe at the pump.
p)
Do not use metal nipples. Use plastic ones If possible.
q)
Adjustment of the bypass may only be performed by
a qualified technician.
