8.5 Installation of brine suction probe
The brine valve plays two roles in the softener: First, during suction and slow rinse, the
brine valve prevents air from being inhaled and affecting regeneration. That is, the brine
valve's main function is to retain air. Second, under the filling state of the salt tank, the
brine valve can control the filling volume of water by controlling the position of the float,
and avoid possible overflow if the overflow is not connected.
