SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Avoid fire hazards.

Do not use near flammable substances (kerosene, gasoline, paint thinner, etc .), objects that have flames
(cigarettes, incense, etc .) or combustible materials . Can cause fires .

Please don't use where there is oil in the air, such as oil splatter from a pan .
•
Do not use on clothes with oil or solvent stains . Oils, dry-cleaning solvents, gasoline, benzene, paint thinner,
or other such chemicals may cause combustion of clothing articles or fire .
Wet hands prohibited.
•
Do not unplug power plug when hands are wet .
If handled incorrectly, contents can lead to personal injury or physical damage.
•
Keep out of reach of children and infants .
•
Close supervision is required for any appliance used by or near children . Do not leave the product when it is
connected or on an ironing board .
•
Do not direct steam at people or pets . Doing so may cause burns .
•
Do not use on clothes being worn . Doing so may cause burns .
•
Steam may still come out after the product has stopped running . Please keep hands and face away from the
product at that time .
•
Do not touch hot metal parts, hot water, or steam . Doing so can cause burns . Use caution when turning the
product upside down as there might be hot water in the water tank reservoir .
Water in the water tank.
•
ONLY USE TAP WATER . Please do not use water containing chemicals or fragrances (such as aromatic oils),
mineral water, alkaline ion water, well water, or purified water . Doing so may cause water leakage or damage
to the surrounding areas due to easier mold and bacteria growth, deformation, breakage, and color change .
•
Always disconnect the product before filling/installing the water tank, emptying/removing the water tank, or
when the product is not in use .
•
When adding water to the water tank, do not fill beyond the 'MAX' line on the included measuring cup .
•
The water tank cap must not be opened during use .
Material specifications.
•
Do not use on products with low heat resistance, such as leather . This may cause distortion or deterioration .
•
Do not use the product on clothes with sewing needles or pins in them . Doing so may cause injury or
product malfunction .
•
Do not run the product over buttons, zippers, or other hard surfaces . Doing so may damage the
ironing surface .
•
To prevent damage when using on the following types of materials, please test in an inconspicuous area
first . To further prevent damage on certain materials, please test in an inconspicuous area with a damp cloth
over the fabric . Improper use may damage clothes .
•
Luxury or specially processed fabrics such as velvet, acrylic, nylon, cashmere, etc .
•
Fabrics with low heat resistance such as those labeled for low/medium temperature or dark colored
fabrics .
Placement.
•
Do not use the product outdoors .
•
Do not use in rooms with high humidity levels such as bathrooms .
•
Do not use near walls of furniture with low water or heat resistance . Doing so may cause damage to the
walls or furniture .
•
Do not place on unstable surfaces or on surfaces with low heat resistance (such as carpets, plastic, wood,
etc .) . Doing so may cause injury, burns or damage to surrounding area .
•
Do not get the unit wet, or put the unit in water . Getting the product wet can cause fire or electric shock .

Orientation
Improper orientation of the body can cause insufficient water supply to the product, which prevents the product from
producing steam . Please review the orientation examples for how to hold the product .
