CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
The cutting blades are very sharp, mishandling them may lead
to bodily injury.
− Never touch the blades when the blender is plugged in.
− If the blades get stuck, unplug the blender before
removing the ingredients that are blocking the blades.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the blender may result in damage to the
blender.
− Always let the blender cool down after chopping meat
and other hard food items.
Using the hand blender
The hand blender is intended for blending liquids, e.g., dairy products, sauces,
fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes, for mixing soft ingredients, and
for puréeing cooking ingredients, e.g., for making baby food. To use the hand
blender, proceed as follows:
1. Attach the blender bar
into place.
2. Put the ingredients in the beaker
3. Immerse the blade guard
4. Press the normal speed button
on the blender.
5. Move the blender slowly up and down and in circles to blend the
ingredients.
6. To remove the blender bar, press both side buttons
one hand while pulling the blender bar away with the other (see fig. C).
Use the lid for beaker
food. You may also attach the lid for beaker at the bottom of the
beaker as an anti-slip mat during operation.
