3.‐ INTRODUCTION OF THE MACHINE
The manual hydraulic truck of IMCOINSA is a low‐lifting apparatus only used to carry palletised
goods. More above it should be used only on flat and hard ground.
In regard to the high lifting truck, it is a convertible apparatus for either carrying or stacking
high – lifting a palletised cargo. Also named high lifting pallet truck, it features as stable lifting
and lowering, easy operation, safety and reliability.
In order to fulfil the highest level of security, this pallet truck should be used only on flat and
hard ground.
4.‐ ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
Be really careful when you unpack the pallet truck, so you can avoid any damages to the pallet
truck, and more important, to avoid loosing any spare parts. For transportation need, the
handle of truck will be disassembled, so before you using the truck, you should firstly do the
assembly work.
4.1.‐ Handle assembly for code 0X40
1. Raise handle to a vertical position, pass the chain (pos. 2 fig. 1) through the pump base
(pos. 3 fig. 1) and the handle shaft (pos. 4 fig. 1).
2. Put spring grommet (pos. 5 fig. 2) under socket head cap screw (pos. 6 fig. 2). Push
socket head cap screw (pos. 6 fig. 2) into three A shaped holes by a wrench and tighten
it so that handle (pos. 1 fig. 1) and rack (pos. 3 fig. 1) are fixed.
3. Raise lowering lever (pos. 7 fig. 3) with an iron stick and fit the screw and nut at the end
of the chain (pos. 2 fig. 3) into the groove of lowering lever. Then remove the iron stick
to complete the assembling.
4. Position the control lever (pos. 8 fig. 4) down in raise position and adjust the lock nut
(pos. 10 fig. 3) at the end of the chain (pos. 2 fig. 3) at a gap of 1‐2 mm from the
pedestal. This procedure is usually unnecessary for a new truck.
5. Try shaking handle and operate the control lever (pos. 8 fig. 4) at different gears to be
sure whether the truck works well at raising, neutral a gear and lowering positions.
6. In case you detect any failures in lowering or rising process, it is possible to adjust it with
the set screw (pos. 9 fig. 3 and 5). Before you make any adjustments, you should unlock
the set screw by the lock nut (pos. 10 fig. 3 and fig. 5). In case the truck body lowers
shortly after rising, turn counterclockwise the set screw (pos. 9 fig. 3 and 5) and try the
truck again until it is not adjusted. In case the truck body is unable to lower down, turn
the set screw clockwise and then try the truck again until it restores normal lowering.
Once the truck is adjusted, lock the set screw into position with lock nut (pos. 10 fig. 3
and fig. 5).
