Substances legislation from 30th of May 2008

Equipment Regulations from 22nd of May

enforced by the Government, Decision No 1057

requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU as
amended by Directive 2015/863/EU and UK SI 2012
No. 3032 on the restriction of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
