5. How often do I have to change the water inside of the acrylic panel?
In normal conditions, please change water every three months.
6. How to clean the acrylic bubble wall when it gets dirty?
Please wet a soft cloth with water to wipe the penal gently .If any algae produced, please
use mild lotion with water and softly rock , then rinse off with clear water .Any acidic
solution , alkaline solution as well as brushers and edge- tool are strictly forbidden during
cleaning.
7. What is the standard of the water level?
Please refer to the standards of the level water mark Stuck on the Acrylic penal. Please
don't exceed the Max level of water mark to avoid water running out of the penal which
will cause damaged on the equipment or safety accidents.
8. Could we do something about the broken LED lights?
The LED lights installed on top and bottom are replaceable .Right and Left with Frame
are replaceable too. However, the LED light fixed right and left without metal frame
can't be replaced.
9. What should we do if the remote controller can't work?
Please make sure that the remote controller is pointing at the sensor under the
acrylic panel then test again, if it still doesn't work, the problem will be the battery has
no power and should be changed
Always aim straight at the sensor makes better use of remote controller.
10. Why cannot the LED light work well?
Please check all the wire connection and make sure they connect well. Power supply is
absolutely necessary. Press the key of "ON "to check the led light.
