1. Remove the electrical box cover by removing the six screws
that hold the cover to the electrical box with a 5 mm (3/16")
allen wrench.
2. Gently pull the pendant connector from the power board.
3. Remove the locking nut from the backside of the cord
bushing and remove the bushing and pendant cable from the
back of the electrical box.
4. Install the cord and bushing from the foot switch through the
hole in the back of the electrical box (See Fig 4).
5. Slide the locking nut over the connector and thread on the
bushing, being careful not to over tighten and crack the
locking nut.
6. Gently plug in the connector to the pendant pin on the power
board (see Fig. 2).
7. Reassemble the cover to the electrical box and test for
proper operation.
